Facebook recently rolled out a new version of Insights to most Business pages. While there are a lot of changes, we have a few favorites:
The new look is a lot cleaner and easier to read than the old look:
There are handy metrics that pop up when you click on a post within Insights:
The “When your fans are online” graphs is helpful for scheduling posts:
We’re already finding some fun ways to play with the new insights and provide additional metrics for social campaigns – particularly where individual post data and audience demographics are concerned. While not all the metrics will be useful for all organizations – and we particularly caution those just starting out to give less weight to audience demographics – we think that the changes can go a long way to providing additional measurement for Facebook pages.
