With an emphasis on a positive, strengths-based approach to coaching and consulting, the partners behind this new company kept coming back to the word “illuminate” for their inspiration. From there, Iridian created a brand that captured that idea with a new name, a new logo and a new website. At its foundation is a box of strengths, opening to reveal a light that shines as infinitely as the talents each individual possesses. Clean and open, the design presents the blank slate of possibility.
