For most organizations, there’s no one who knows it better than the employees. But the Platte South Field Notebook proved that Metropolitan Utilities District was more than capable of a few surprises. Employees, retirees and guests of the 50th anniversary event responded to these commemorative pieces with great enthusiasm and nostalgia for the company’s history of service to the Omaha metropolitan community. Along with employees who didn’t attend the event, the demand for these limited-run field notebooks surpassed expectations.
