Bell Tower and Donor Wall Installations

The backlit bell cutouts that mimic the glow from the bell tower at night

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Iridian worked with the team at Creighton Prep to bring the story and meaning behind their new bell tower to life with a custom wall installation.

The donor wall installation design mimics the bell wall’s use of large blocks of color, while also emulating the long slender beams found in the ceiling and floors of the common area’s architecture. While taking these elements into account, the design pieces together photos of each bell, backlit with LED lights to replicate the glow of the bell tower at night, close-up shots of the tower, and landmark moments that made the bell tower possible.

With a prominent placement in their new Lannon Learning Commons extension, the bell and donor wall installations are now a central piece of their interior landscape. Donors are easily able to see their contribution recognized, as well as the students who use the new common space thanks to the donors’ generosity.

Do you have a need to honor others in an highly visible and creative way? Iridian is able to take your whole space into account, corners, bumps, lighting, and more to create a show-stopping environmental installation for temporary or permanent use. Consider a custom wall installation like this Science Wall for a creative way to engage those passing through.
